Why Should You Do Traction Wrapping?

Phalogenic Traction Wrapping primarily targets length.

You should do phalogenic traction wrapping because it is a simple, supplementary method to a well-rounded penis enlargement routine.

It is mostly thought of as a "cool-down" treatment, used after the heavy lifitng of jelqing, penis stretching, and penis extenders.

It allows your penis to ease into a resting state so that it can actually grow, giving the penis some "memory" of the training that it just experienced.

This memory prevents drastic retractions into "turtle dick" and helps to solidfy gains so that they stick around permanently.

What Materials You'll Need for Phalogenic Traction Wrapping

The good news is that there is a wide-range of materials that you can use for your penis traction wrap.

The only requirement (and I'm sure you'll agree after trying a few materials out), is that the material be comfortable.

Here's a short list of some materials you can use for your traction wrap.

  • Medical Gause

  • a sample of medical gause
  • Kinesiology Tape

  • a sample of kinesiology tape.
  • Thin Towel + Tape

  • a sample of a washcloth used for a phalogenic traction wrap.

Maybe you'll find one of these at home and save you some time/money.

One note: One advantage to medical gause is that it is reusable.

However, our personal favorite is the kinesiology tape, because it has the adhesive that sticks well and doesn't leave a residue.

How to Do Phalogenic Traction Wrapping for Penis Enalargement

  1. Roll out and cut approximately 18″ of wrap (you may adjust this if necessary).

  2. With your penis in a flaccid state, grip your glans with 2 fingers. (Your thumb should be closest to your stomach and your finger behind the glans.) Stretch your penis out as far as possible (preferablly fully erect).

  3. Take one end of the wrap and place the outermost edge just behind the glans. Hold it in place with your gripping finger.

  4. Wrap 2 or 3 turns just behind the glans and start working your way up the shaft.

  5. Wrap as far as possible up the shaft and secure the loose end.

This is an important requirement when you do traction wrapping:

You must make the penis wrap tight!

Why?

Well because after about 15-30 minutes when your erection starts to die down, you want the wrap to continue to engage in the elongation of your penis!

In other words, you don't want your penis shrinking and slipping beneath the wrap, with the wrap eventually sliding off the penis shaft, rendering it completely useless.

The only way to do this is to make sure the wrap is tight to begin with!

But is Phalogenic Wrapping the best method for size gains?

Unfortunately no.

The extender has been the de-facto standard for the best size gains for a long time.

Here is a list of all the popular penis extenders:

When to Do Penis Traction Wrapping

  • De-conditioning breaks

  • Sealing in your gains and results

  • Post-hanging / stretching / extender maintenance

De-Conditioning Breaks

A de-conditioning break is when you decide to stop your penis enlargement traction routine for, say, a week, but intend to get right back into the routine after the week break is up.

De-conditioning breaks provide your body an opportunity to "reset" itself, which is especially useful for guys who have already made susbstantial size gains and are starting to plateau.

If you're a beginner, don't worry about de-conditioning breaks just yet - focus on getting a solid penis traction routine in.

Come back and consider a reconditioning break after about 3 months into your training program.

Sealing in Gains (Making them permanent)

Sealing in penis size gains is a topic that has typically been brought up by the experts at PEGym.

The principle is that in order to decrease the chances of your penis retracting back to it's original state, you "seal" or "cement" in the gains.

There are a various methods on how to do this, and phalogenic traction wrapping is just one of them.

Post-Hanging, Penis Stretching, and Extender Maintainence

Phalogenic Traction wrapping is a good "cool-down" routine to use after doing one of the three enlargement methods listed above.

Why?

Because it prevents your penis from going into a minor "shock" after the enlargement methods.

You want to "ease" your penis back into a resting state, not immediately have it risk "turtling" after doing stretching.

This is exactly like doing cool-down exercises or stretches after doing a full-body, traditional workout to prevent cramps, and to ease into a resting state.

Advantages of Phalogenic Traction Wrapping

Easy learn, easy to do.

Once you have the materials, you can get started with traction right away.

Actually, this advantage depends on how skillfully you wrapped the wrap.

One problem a lot of guys have is that they poorly setup the wrap and it ends up falling off, causing frustration and wasted time.

However, once you get good at it, you'll be able to wrap on command and it'll be second nature to you.

Definitely a penis enlargement skill that will be utilized often.

Can multitask with the traction wrap on.

This is a major advantage.

We all know penis enlargement takes up a long period of time.

So any traction method that utilizes as little of our time as possible is inherently invaluable.

Wrapping, once you get good at it, takes about 30 seconds to a minute to put the wrap on.

It's pretty comfortable when wearing the traction wrap.

Given that you chose the right traction material, it should be a given that the wrap is comfortable to wear.

It should not distract or take your attention away from whatever you're doing, so if distractions are happening, it's time to reevaluate your wrap technique or the material used.

Disadvantages of Phalogenic Traction Wrapping

For length, not a sufficent exercise on its own.

The simple fact is, phalogenic traction wrapping does not provide a sturdy, and reliable enough tension to stretch the penis on its own.

Not to mention that the amount of force that it provides is very inconsistent.

See, the thing about penis extenders (penis traction devices) is that they apply a measured force and are able to hold that force using the leverage from the device.

A wrap, on the other hand, will shift and over time, decrease with the rummaging when in the pants.

Not to mention that the squeezing nature of the traction wrap naturally constricts blood flow.

All these factors are inherently counter-productive to penis stretching, and as a result, we don't look to the traction wrapping method as a primary enlargement method, for these reasons above.

It makes using the bathroom harder.

This is true for both urination and defecation.

Because the traction wrap is squeezing on your penis shaft, it is also squeezing on your urethra.

The urethra is the tube in your penis that lets urine out, so the wrap actually squeezes it shut.

That means you have to take the traction wrap off every time you have to use the bathroom and then spend the time to put it back on immediately after.

Most guys also pee when they take a dump, so it's the same problem when you have to go "number 2".

Safety

Being safe is important, no matter what exercise you are trying to perform - traction wrapping is no exception.

Here are some safety tips to follow when you doing wrapping:

  • Do not keep a wrap on for more than 24 hours.

  • Make sure to wash and clean both your penis and wrap when done.

  • Do not make the wrap so tight as to constrict penis blood flow.

  • If you start to feel pain or something looks wrong - stop immediately.

  • Keep a journal or record of what goes on during your exercise sessions so that you can be alert to any abnomalities.

  • Take off the wrap slowly so that you do not injure the penis.

How to Add Phalogenic Traction Wrapping to Your Full Penis Enlargement Routine

While everyone's exact routine is not the same, a solid penis enlargement routine generally consists of the following, found here.

The ultimate goal when integrating phalogenic traction wrapping into your routine is to simply do it during "downtime".

Downtime is pretty much any time that you're not doing a penis enlargement exercise or using a penis enlargement device.

So ultimately, the time and place is completely up to you.

Here are some ideas on when it is convenient to do traction wrapping

  • In transit on a car, bus, or subway.

  • Sitting at a desk at work or some simliar task.

  • Laying in bed - even during actual sleep!

As you can see, pretty much anywhere.

So try a few times and locations and see what works for you.

Phalogenic Penis Traction Wrapping: Conclusion

Traction wrapping is a penis enlargement method that can pretty much be used anywhere.

While on its own, it isn't an effective natural enlargement technique, it is useful for retaining gains gotten through other methods, like a penis extender.

You have to think of this traction method as a "theraputical" one - one that aids in solidifying the results that you've achieved through more rigorous methods.

Think of it as a "supplement" not a "primiary treatment".
